Welcome to the Equestria Brewing Project via the “Equestria Brewing Company” a rather small endeavor of mine to combine my love of MLP FIM and craft beer. 

I’m trying to start home brewing and to try out some of these experimental recipes I concocted. 

This is Luna’s Imperial Chocolate Stout a sweet stout style. This particular brew I wanted to experiment with dark chocolate malts and milk sugar rather than traditional ones. I also wanted to up the brews ABV using a different yeast strain. Not many choco stouts tend to break the 6% threshold. 

There’s been a trend lately to also nitro a lout of stouts, which I’m quite curious how it would affect mouthfeel with these flavors. 

The bottle label was my first attempt using GIMP, hopefully I can master the ways of digital art and bring about something more interesting.
